Charlotte Lewis Earlier I gave a 1-star rating because delivery was late. I've now learned that the mistake was not theirs! But they have still solved it! Quite a reputable company making an extraordinary product!!!

Charlotte Lewis I failed to give a local phone number AND I opted for a signature upon delivery. Both mistakes attributed towards my order being returned to sender. Giotti Ceramiche has been so great at communicating wiht me. So I still have hope that it will someday arrive.
