Refund policy

GIOTTI CERAMICHE will gladly accept returns and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition, unopened with all original tags attached. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
Please e-mail giotti.ceramiche@gmail.com. Note, that you
must ship the item back to us with a copy of your order confirmation within 14 days from the date your request is approved. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted for a refund.
For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Using a reputable shipping carrier is recommended, as Supreme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of tracking and a signature of receipt as proof of delivery, reimboursement will not be issued. Items may be returned or exchanged in person at our GIOTTI CERAMICHE STORE.
