All our chairs and bases are made in galvanized iron. Galvanization or galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rusting. We use the most efficient method, that is hot-dip galvanizing, in which the parts are submerged in a bath of molten hot zinc. After that process we check the quality and pulver paint the pieces.
