This Fountain are made entirely in refractory terracotta by hand and they have always been used not only by the Florentine noble families for the arrangements of parks and gardens.
The cherub Fountain is one of the most used jar in the Renaissance and it has been  displayed in the gardens of the important  villas till the roman time.
